Harish Kotecha Is Honored by AAYHF Humanitarian Award

October 28 marked a historic moment when Hindu Charities for America (HC4A) president and founder Harish Kotecha received the Humanitarian Award from the African American Youth Harvest Foundation (AAYHF). The award, which was presented at their gala by none other than Martin Luther King III, highlights how much Kotecha’s work has made a difference in the community.

Harish Kotecha: The Man Behind Hindu Charities for America (HC4A)

Harish Kotecha, a former IBM engineer, has made an eternal impression with his philanthropic efforts. He has received recognition for his constant dedication to community welfare ever since HC4A was founded in 2010.

He has also received the Sandra Neese Lifetime Achievement Award in 2020 from the National Association for the Education of Homeless Children and Youth, and the USA President’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2017 from the same organization.
