HC4A is excited to announce its recent partnership with Google which now enables it to provide Google Career Certificates for free to the underprivileged members of the community. In addition, HC4A is exploring avenues to offer these certificates to Early College High School students to help them earn industry-relevant credits and certifications for free.

• Google has partnered with organizations state-wide to enable 10 million to develop new skills through these programs.
• Over 1.8 million job openings were reported in these domains with a median salary of $72,0000.
• Learners can earn an industry-recognized certificate in 3-6 months by working part-time.
• 75% of certificate graduates report a positive career outcome (e.g., new job, promotion, or raise) within 6 months of certificate completion
• 400+ educational institutions in all 50 states, including universities, community colleges, and career and technical education high schools, have incorporated Google Career Certificates to help people begin promising careers in growing fields
• Learners get access to the Coursera Learner Forum where they can collaborate with peers with common goals.
• Google Career Certificates offer a recommendation from the American Council on Education (ACE®) of up to 15 college credits at outstanding universities such as Purdue University Global, Northeastern University, and the University of North Texas.
• The program includes career pathing, resume builder, interview prep, and exclusive Grow with Google content to help you continue your career journey.
• Graduates will also be able to connect with over 150 U.S. employers in the hiring consortium who are accepting candidates who have completed a Google Career Certificate.
